In a securities filing on Monday, TIM Brasil said that securing 700MHz spectrum in the regulator Anatel's upcoming auction this August was 'a very important resource to strengthen 4G networks in Brazil and elsewhere in the world'.*As previously reported, TIM Brasil's board has also approved a study to start evaluating the sale of its telecommunications towers in the country, as part of a bid to improve efficiency and 'create value' for its assets there.
