PromonLogicalis to Enhance Client Support with Nimsoft Monitor Solution

Nimsoft (News - Alert), provider of integrated, IT management as a service solutions for businesses and service provider customers, has announced that its Nimsoft Monitor solution has been deployed by PromonLogicalis, provider of Technical Consulting, Systems Integration, and Managed Services solutions in Latin America. To improve its client support offering, PromonLogicalis will utilize the Nimsoft Monitor solution for its managed client infrastructures which will help in monitoring performance of infrastructure via advanced and customizable reporting capabilities.



In a release, Carlos Alves, Technology Manager at PromonLogicalis Latin America, said, "Nimsoft Monitor is modular and cloud-ready, which gives us the flexibility to meet the changing business requirements of our clients. The Nimsoft pay-as-you-go business model aligns well with our managed services offering and allows us to efficiently scale our services as we take on more clients."

PromonLogicalis was looking for a solution which could help in supporting its expanding base of managed services clients without the need to sink in high up-front investment for in hosting and monitoring infrastructure. The Nimsoft Monitor solution from Nimsoft has been designed as a SaaS (News - Alert) based solution which effectively cuts the need for high investments typical to the procuring and hosting of monitoring infrastructures process by the client. The Nimsoft Monitor is a part of the Nimsoft Unified Manager which has been developed as a multi-tenant IT Management as-a-Service solution. 

Nimsoft Monitor has been based on a flexible and extensible architecture which actively supports the inclusion of new monitoring capabilities to address the ever changing needs of the business world. Nimsoft has developed is solution with robust set of monitoring and reporting capabilities in addition to providing browser-based management capability via dashboards and clients portals which can be customized to suit the customers business requirements. Also included in the Nimsoft Monitor are an extensive set of APIs which support any layer of cloud or IT infrastructure management integration
