According to consultancy firm IDC (News - Alert) , the social software market is set to grow by 40 percent annually until 2016. This is good news for Zyncro, which focuses on solutions that allow companies to share documents, tasks and knowledge.
As Zyncro is capable of integrating with all management and productivity tools in the company and commercialized as a white-label solution, it claims to be the perfect private social network for business community communication.
Because the tool can be customized, it can be used in very different ways according to the group of users. It can be used to improve the way people communicate and work, bring team members closer, make them more productive and better informed.
With the enhancement of internal knowledge management, corporate culture is promoted, employee productivity is improved and employees are motivated and build loyalty.
Currently based in Barcelona, Zyncro, which was included by well-known analysts such as Lecko, as a leading technology tool in June 2012, is building momentum among key IT opinion leaders and influencers in the French market.
It is targeting the medium and large enterprise market and already has many major high-value customers.
Zyncro is expected to open offices in China and Italy in September 2012, has forecast growth of greater than 100 percent for the upcoming year in France.
IDC projects a global turnover of $800 million in 2011 to $ 4,500 million in 2014, an average annual increase of 42.4 percent.
