For more than 30 years, service providers have been relying on Amdocs (News - Alert), a customer experience management solutions provider, to simplify the customer experience, harness the data explosion and stay ahead with new services. Over a period of time, the company has gained a reputation for managing large-scale projects throughout Latin America.

With mobile devices becoming more integral to a company’s work ethos, the Amdocs multi-channel selling solution will help converge all retail sales channels, delivering a great shopping experience to customers, while its CES (News - Alert) solution will allow customers to seamlessly transfer from one channel to another during a single purchase interaction.
"Our strategic goal in Telefonica is to accelerate our business transformation towards becoming an online company as mobile devices become a more important part of our customers' work and personal lives," said Horacio Goldenberg, chief information officer at Telefonica Argentina.
Amdocs long stint serving the communications, entertainment and media industry, has helped it understand the industry and the systems that power it. In addition, it has a proven track record of consistent results.
According to Patrick McGrory, president for the Caribbean and Latin America region at Amdocs, the long term partnership between the two companies will see Telefonica Argentina reaching out to more customers and providing a seamless experience across all customer touch points.
Customer experience management solutions provider, Amdocs, announced that wireless service provider Sprint (News - Alert) plans to deploy Amdocs' Smart Agent Desktop, a component of Amdocs' CES (Customer Experience Systems) product portfolio.
